These terms govern use of GTIR.ONLINE. By registering or ordering a service, the user confirms having read and accepted them. Limitations prohibited by law do not apply.

1. Operator and service
GTIR is an online classifieds and advertising platform operated by GTIR.ONLINE LLC. Unless expressly stated otherwise, GTIR is not a party to contracts between users.
2. Account and security
Information must be accurate and current. Users are responsible for password confidentiality and activity under their account and must promptly report unauthorized access. Impersonation and circumvention of restrictions are prohibited.
3. Listings and prohibited conduct
Content must be lawful, accurate, correctly categorized and respect third-party rights. Illegal goods or services, fraud, spam, malicious code, unauthorized data collection, security interference and misleading advertising are prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
The GTIR name, logo, design, code and platform materials are protected. Users retain their content rights and grant GTIR a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence solely to store, technically process and display that content on the platform.
5. Paid services and refunds
The price, currency, duration and scope of paid publication or advertising are shown before ordering. Payments may be handled by a payment provider. Claims for an unprovided or materially defective service may be sent to office@gtir.online. Refunds are governed by the order terms and mandatory Armenian consumer law.
6. Moderation
GTIR may review, hide or remove content and restrict accounts for breaches of law, rules or security. Where reasonably possible, the user is informed of the reason and appeal route.
7. Availability and liability
GTIR uses reasonable measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Liability is not excluded where the law prohibits exclusion. GTIR is not responsible for performance of user-to-user transactions or third-party content unless law provides otherwise.
8. Changes and termination
Material changes are announced in advance where reasonably possible. A user may stop using the service and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention duties.
9. Disputes
Contact office@gtir.online first. Armenian law applies without restricting mandatory consumer jurisdiction or statutory access to courts.
