1. Data collected
Account and contact data; listings, photos, messages, favourites, paid orders and support requests; IP address, session, device/browser, security logs, cookies and usage events. Location is processed only when supplied or permitted.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Performance of a contract and requested service, account administration, communications, security and fraud prevention, legal obligations and claims, and consent. Non-essential analytics, advertising or external services are enabled only after a choice where used.
3. Recipients and transfers
Hosting, technical support, payment, communications, map/geocoding and legal providers may receive only data necessary for their task under appropriate safeguards. Authorities receive data only on a lawful basis. Transfers outside the EEA use legally required safeguards. GTIR does not sell personal data.
4. Cookies and local storage
Necessary cookies support login, session, security, language and consent choices. External-content, analytics or advertising cookies are used only with consent. Choices can be changed using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
5. Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed. Account data is generally kept until account deletion; transaction, security and legal records until mandatory periods or claims end. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required.
6. Your rights
You may request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability; object or withdraw consent. Erasure can be limited by retention duties or legal claims. Complaints may be made to Armenia’s competent personal-data authority or, where GDPR applies, the relevant EU supervisory authority.
7. Security and children
Measures include access control, secure password storage, least privilege, backups and incident response. Children who cannot provide valid consent require participation of a parent or legal guardian.
